“One size fits all” is a notion which is being challenged each and every time this quote comes. This quote holds the same value when we relate to movies.   How could we cater different movie to same set of audience and expect the financial numbers go high. Sometime the point which you want to convey does not reach the right audience. And that’s where many filmmakers fail to create the magic. You show terror, you show harsh scenes but then where do you wish to put an impact on? I agree films like 3 idiots and Taare Zameen pe did have a huge impact but then the audience who went to watch these movies could relate to it and thought to change their view about pressurizing kid or understanding each kid haves its own potential but when we talk about movie like Mardani and laaga chunri mein daag how many of us will actually relate to our own life.
